Internal Kick Off
 
Your Sysgenix Account Representative will immediately schedule a "Kick Off" meeting in our offices. This is the opportunity for everyone involved with your need to get up to speed. We will include:
The Account Representative: Responsible for Client information such as contact personnel, culture, personnel focus, etc.

The Operations Manager: Responsible for establishing a relationship with the Client point person for providing feedback on interviews, scheduling interviews, conducting second interviews with candidates, etc.

The Admin Support: Responsible for all internal documentation and web posting as appropriate.

The Technical Recruiter: Responsible for finding candidates that match the technical and soft needs of your firm.
After we have a good understanding of your needs internally, we are ready for the Recruiter Screening.
