Recruiter Screening

 
After the "Sit Down" we are ready to talk to candidates. The first place that Sysgenix looks for candidates is within our networks internally and externally. Sysgenix keeps a log of EVERY candidate that we have worked with for EVERY client need. With the years of experience that Sysgenix has, we have probably worked on a similar need somewhere before. Part of the Administrative personnel's role is to provide the Recruiter with a Contact List of those names. This List in conjunction with the Recruiter's own personal network are the first considerations for your position. We keep extensive notes regarding goals and personal objectives of EACH candidate. We review each candidate's profile for a possible match with your firm's culture to determine who to contact first, second and so on. EACH candidate is contacted.

As we interview EACH candidate, we begin to build a new network and update our current one. As we identify candidates that fit both culturally and technically, they are then sent to Operations for a SECOND review.
The pre-Screened Candidates are now ready for the Operations Screening.
