Operations Screening
As the Technical Recruiter identifies candidates for your position; they are forwarded to the Operations Group. This is where Sysgenix conducts a redundant yet powerful second screening. The rule at Sysgenix is that a minimum of two professionals must agree that this is the Candidate for your firm.
If the Operations Group does not feel that a Candidate is up to Sysgenix' standards, a discussion takes place with the Technical Recruiter regarding why all of the needs were not met. This dialogue is a healthy way to improve the quality of our service to you.
Each Candidate is then contacted and a second interview takes place. This interview takes on more of a challenging role. We will test the Candidate for "Tire kicking", sincere interest and qualification of skill set. As Candidates are approved by the Operations Group, Sysgenix' documentation regarding the Candidate is prepared and forwarded to you.
The second-screened Candidates are now ready to be Sent to The Client
(Client Submittal).
