Now you have received qualified Candidates from
Sysgenix. As you might expect, we need to know what you
think about our Candidates. The Operations group will be
in touch with you usually the day after you receive our
Candidate documentation. The Feedback is critical in
order for us to serve you properly.
In the rare occasion that we happen to miss our objective on the first Candidates that you receive, we take immediate corrective action. We will immediately review our steps internally and conduct a debrief with the Candidate to address your issues. If we are at a loss after our internal adjustments, we will involve the Account Representative and schedule a review meeting with you to see what we overlooked when we initially met with you.
The vast majority of our Candidates warrant an interview with you. The Operations group will collect your feedback and will coordinate with both you and the Candidate regarding interview schedules, transportation and temporary housing (if necessary) and preparation for the initial and subsequent interview. This constant communication is critical in order for Sysgenix to provide you with the service that you deserve.
As the interviews progress, it will become clear to all of us which Candidate is the leader for you. Sysgenix will
negotiate all offers and coordinate all details for you. Upon acceptance, we will deliver the
Candidate to your door on the first day.
