At Sysgenix, your privacy is important to us. We will only share information with other companies with your approval. You never will have your detail information sent to anyone without your specific approval, usually in the form of an email to us granting us permission.
CANDIDATE PRIVACY
What we retain: We will retain a copy of your resume in our database as well as specific notes related to the communication and or actions that occur between Sysgenix and yourself.
How we use this information: Your resume is used as a vehicle to identify the skills that you process. These skills are flagged by a unique search process that presents your resume to our recruiting staff for contact regarding new opportunities. A copy of your resume that does not include contact information will be shared with our clients for specific opportunities if you authorize us to do so.
CLIENT PRIVACY
What we retain: We will retain specific notes related to the communication and or actions that occur between Sysgenix and your firm as well as any documents that are sent between us.
How we use this information: The communication transcripts are used as a vehicle to keep our sales staff and management up to date on all commitments, appointments and follow up activities used in better servicing your account.
