Before ever submitting your resume to our client, the Sysgenix Recruiter will email you an overview of all of the pertinent details of the position. This overview includes: the Job Description, the Client Website, Compensation Details, and a specific request for your written (via email) permission to submit your resume to our client. 

Only after receiving your express written permission via email will we submit your resume to our client. This important step allows you to make a well informed decision about the destination of your resume.

After we receive your permission to move forward, we are ready for the Interview Preparation/Execution step.
