all payroll taxes, insurance and employee issues for you. When the project is complete, Sysgenix is responsible for any Unemployment expense and finding new employment for the Consultant.
Supplemental Staffing With Possibility of Hiring: The same
basic service as Contract with the added agreement that if BOTH parties agree (you and the Consultant)
, the Consultant will become your employee with no additional fee. Salaries
can be agreed to up front.
